SDN PRO LLC (“the Service”) provides a community notification platform for synagogues, schools, and non-profit organizations. By opting into our service, you agree to receive recurring informational alerts notifying you of upcoming simchos, including couples that got engaged and upcoming weddings..
2. User Opt-In
To receive messages, users must provide explicit consent through our website forms, physical sign-up sheets, or by texting a specific keyword (“JOIN”) to our designated number. You would be redirected to this page to complete signup. By providing your mobile number, you represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the device. Consent to receive automated text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies by day. Most days you will receive 10-20 text alerts per day notifying you of local updates. You may receive additional messages during emergencies or special holiday seasons.
4. Cost
SDN PRO LLC does charge users for this service. However, message and data rates may apply from your wireless provider. Check with your carrier for details on your texting plan.
5. How to Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you one final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that specific organization. To join again, simply sign up as you did the first time.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

8. Disclaimer of Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SDN PRO LLC provides this service on an "as-is" basis and does not guarantee message delivery in the event of network congestion or carrier failure.
